When is the best time for photos on Lido Key?

Golden hour before sunset, when the Gulf light turns soft and warm and the beach empties out. North Lido is especially peaceful in the evening — often nearly private.

Most sessions meet at the Lido Beach Pavilion lot or at South Lido County Park, depending on the look you want. Clear parking and meeting directions come before every session.

Creams, soft whites, and muted pastels complement Lido’s pale sand and pine backdrops. You’ll get a full style guide with your booking to take the guesswork out of outfits.

Four to six weeks ahead keeps the best sunset dates on the table, especially February through April. It’s always worth asking about short-notice openings, though.

We watch the coastal forecast together as your date approaches — most storms pass quickly on the Gulf. If the evening truly washes out, your session moves to the next best light.
